n: a test taken at a particular point in the flow of a meter, which is compared with the same flow rate on a differential curve that was established at the time the meter was installed. If the differential pressure reading obtained during the test is 50% higher than the original test value (at the same flow rate),with pressure and temperature conditions being approximately the same, the meter is removed and the cause of the increased operating resistance determined.
