n: the volume of gas in an underground storage reservoir above the designed level of the base. It mayor may not be completely withdrawn during any particular withdrawal season.

n: the interest in oil or gas that includes responsibility for all drilling, developing, and operating costs. Also called leasehold interest, operating interest.

an interest in an oil and natural gas lease that gives the owner of the interest the right to drill for and produce oil and natural gas on the leased acreage and requires the owner to pay a share of the costs of drilling and production operations.

n: the maximum pressure at which an item is to be used at a specified temperature.

The process of performing major maintenance or remedial treatments on an oil or gas well. In many cases, workover implies the removal and replacement of the production tubing string after the well has been killed and a workover rig has been placed on loca

repairing a well. Usually implies opening the well and running in with a tubing string. May or may not involve killing the well and may or may not involve a conventional rig.
