n: (bbl) 1. a measure of volume for petroleum products in die United States. {A)e barrel is the equivalent of 42 US gallons or 0.15899 cubic meters (9,702 cubic inches). One cubic metre equals 6.2897 barrels. 2. the cylindrical part of a sucker rod pimp in whid1 the piston like plunger moves up and down.
