n: the pressure at which a well is circulated during wellkilling procedures after kill-weight mud has filled the drill stem. This pressure is maintained until the well is completely filled with kill-weight mud.

n: the speed, or velocity, of the mud pump used when killing a well. Usually measured in strokes per minute, it is considerably slower than the rate used for normal operations.
