n: the clay drilling fluid processed by single sodium phosphate

n: a water-base clay mud containing caustic soda and tannates to which lime has been added. Also called red mud.

n: (SIDPP) pressure of the drilling fluid on the inside of the drill stem. It is used to measure the difference between hydrostatic pressure and formation pressure when a well is shut in after a kick and the mud pump is off and to calculate the required mud-weight increase to kill the well.

n: the reading number reflected the drilling fluid on the standing pipe meter when the well shut off.
