These conditions range from administrative matters, such as the frequency and number of required reports, to technical or environmental conditions, such as requirements for drilling mud disposal. In all cases, these are specific conditions that amplify or explain a requirement in OCSLA, MMS regulations, OCS Orders, or lease stipulations.
